Automation is a multiplier. Point it at a clean, validated picture of your environment, and it closes gaps fast. Point it at a stale inventory, an unmanaged SaaS tenant, or a control everyone assumed was fully deployed, and it makes the wrong decisions faster.

In a poll of more than 50 security leaders, organizations rated their own readiness for a machine-speed threat environment at about 4 out of 10. The weakness was rarely a missing tool.
